In his final career path, culminating 25-years experience in the steam industry, Dr Troy has made several patented improvements in various orifice/nozzle type of condensate removal devices.

As chief engineer at Engineering Resources, Inc., USA, Dr Troy designed the patented steam recovery system and developed the service technology.

Dr Troy obtained his Ph.D from NSTC (Canada) and M.Sc from NYU (USA). His career encompasses various industries: Connectors, Heat Tracing and Condensate Removal. He built products which remain on the moon today. Among others, Dr Troy built the cable and connector for the Lunar Extravehicular Module (LEM) and the window for the Lunar satelite, as well as designed and built the Precipitator Hopper heater, and applied the self-regulating heat tracing system.

As scientific expert, Dr Troy will personally oversee the overall manufacture of SP products, including critical components produced in the United States of America. He will lead and train a group of expert know-how applicators, installers and service team to ensure the SP team can operate independently to serve clients worldwide, with Speed and Quality, plus professionalism. His ultimate MISSION is to see that the SP team is as sound as his expertise, or even better.
