STEAMPRO CONDENSATE REMOVAL DEVICE
The SteamPro Removal Device is a very special device. It is made entirely of stainless steel, its body and all its components. It is entirely manufactured in the Midwest, U.S.A. The device is machined by CNC shop to the best possible quality and under goes stringent quality control. All units are 100% hydrostatic pressure tested with plain tab water of 5-time its full-rated steam pressure for a minimum of 1-minute.
We produce the units in two versions. (1) A fully legalized steam device with integral flanges, and, (2) a threaded unit. The all Stainless Steel units have a high pressure rating of 40 Kg/cm2.
We do not think of our device as a steam trap. It is a condensate removal device. Its primary function is the immediate and complete removal of condensate as soon as it is formed, keeping the steam losses at a minimum. Our standard is less than one kilogram of live steam loss per hour under varying condensate loads. We will advise our customers of any deviation from this. It has an orifice or nozzle that is completely tailored to you needs. It works under the principles of two-phase flow to maintain a small live steam loss. Most importantly, it removes all of your condensate immediately.
